Fields are working now as expected. need to remove job size gues and guess source and move schedule confidence to beside start date, but this gets us back on the right path.

bug, if excel table changes service must be refreshed or jobs won't add to the ecel table because the length number of columns may not match. left this as a check for now instead of setting reresh the cache on every submit.
